Emergency Appointments

• Orthodontic Emergencies During Regular Business Hours
  Please call 972.691.8118 to make a repair appointment.
• Orthodontic Emergencies After Regular Office Hours
  Please call our Coats' Crisis Cellular Center at 214. 794.4284. Your call will be returned within ten minutes.

Broken Appliances
Please bring any de-bonded / broken appliances / braces to your appointment to help avoid unnecessary fees.

Removable Appliances
Please bring all removable appliances to each appointment so they may be inspected and adjusted as necessary.

Broken Appointments:
If for some reason you cannot keep your appointment, please contact our office. By doing so, you allow another patient to use that time and we are able to reschedule your appointment as well. If you call after hours, please leave your name and number and a brief message on our voice mail and we will return your call in the morning.
